What we install on new-construction and remodel projects
Final grade and drainage — pad correction, positive drainage away from the foundation, swales, and erosion control before sod.
Sod and seed — Bermuda, Zoysia, and St. Augustine, the three turf types that perform in North Texas clay soils.
Irrigation — full sprinkler design and install, licensed by a Texas-licensed irrigator, with smart controllers and rain/freeze sensors per code.
Trees and plant material — graded, healthy stock sized to spec; we source larger caliper trees when the plan calls for them.
Beds, mulch, and steel edging — clean bed lines that hold up through the first season.
Hardscape — patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stone features when the scope includes outdoor living.
Landscape lighting — low-voltage systems that lift curb appeal for the listing photos and the walkthrough.

Yes. We provide W 9, COI, conditional and unconditional lien waivers, and draw schedules tied to project milestones.
