What's included in professional Christmas light installation?
A hands-off program from design through takedown:
Design consultation — we plan the display to your home’s architecture, rooflines, trees, and the look you want, and welcome design changes or additions each year.
Lights you own — we install lights you purchase, so they’re yours; many customers add to their display over time. Ask us about upgrading to LED.
Garland and wreaths — lit or unlit garland and wreaths for entries, columns, railings, and doors, quoted to your home.
Professional installation — our crews handle the ladders, the rooflines, the trees, and the timers.
In-season maintenance — if a section goes out during the season, we come fix it; you’re not on a ladder in December.
Takedown and removal — we take everything down cleanly after the holidays.

For commercial properties, HOAs, retail, and offices, professional lighting drives foot traffic and curb appeal through the season, and we handle it as a scheduled, insured, one-contact service alongside the landscape maintenance many of these properties already have with us.

Do I buy the lights or rent them?
You purchase your lights and they’re yours to keep. The first year covers your lights plus installation; because we reinstall lights you already own, every year after is just installation, removal, and parts.
What do returning customers pay?
Returning customers are charged for installation, removal, and parts only, since we’re reinstalling the lights you already purchased. If you want new or additional lights, garland, or wreaths, we’ll quote those separately.
How do I get the Early Bird discount?
Have your lights installed within the early window and pay in full by the stated date to save 10%. It’s first come, first served, and the early slots fill within hours — so call as soon as you can.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. Takedown and removal after the holidays are included, so you’re not back up on a ladder in January.
What if a light or section goes out during the season?
We maintain the display through the season — if something goes out, we come fix it, so you’re never on a ladder in December.
Should I switch to LED?
For most people, yes. LED bulbs are more durable (plastic, not glass), use a fraction of the electricity, and last several years versus near-yearly replacement for incandescent. They cost more up front, but incandescent prices are rising and the bulbs are getting harder to find. Ask us about upgrading.
